Considered the best early talkie studio revue, the entire Paramount roster
is featured. Jack Oakie, Leon Errol, and Skeets Gallagher host and the stars
include Maurice Chevalier (3 segments), and a hilarious mystery with Dr. Fu-
Manchu (Warner Oland), Philo Vance (William Powell), and Sherlock Holmes (Clive
Brook). This is a 79m reissue, not the 102m original, and there are some blips
from time to time.

vet who has to lead a group of townspeople against a quartet of rowdy punks

Preston Sturges wrote the script for this fascinating look at the life
of a railroad baron (Spencer Tracy) who has just committed suicide. Also
